Refund policy

Returns

We hope that you will love your BambooBeautiful purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact us to arrange a refund. 

You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item, and your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it in, and in its original packaging. 

If an item is to be sent back to us, you will be responsible for paying the return postage, unless it is faulty, in which case we will refund your postage. 

We cannot accept returns of personal items such as toothbrushes unless faulty.
