Shipping policy

We offer 2 shipping rates:

£3.35, or free for orders of £40 and over.  Delivery time aim 3-5 business days. Sent Royal Mail Tracked 48 or similar courier service. 

£4.99 - delivery time aim 1-3 business days - sent Royal Mail Tracked 24 or similar courier service. 

We ship mainly with Royal Mail (occasionally other carriers for heavier packages).

Free local delivery within the Harrogate area.  You will be offered this option at checkout if your address qualifies.  Just ensure you go through the full checkout rather than choosing an express payment method (eg Apple Pay, Google Pay etc). I will be in touch to arrange your delivery after receiving your order. 

Orders are usually dispatched 1-2 business days after us receiving your order (orders received on a Friday/Saturday will be dispatched on a Monday).  This may take longer during busy times though.
